Drawing Studios: Makens Wing, Watt Hall
The newly renovated Makens Wing on the ground floor of Watt Hall houses three drawing classrooms. The largest is used for most beginning classes, and is spacious with excellent lighting and extensive walls for crits and projects. The Life Drawing classroom is similarly equipped. There is also a small experimental space for use by advanced drawing classes. All rooms are equipped for digital projection and internet research. In addition, housed in the Makens Wing is an array of digital equipment that can be used to support drawing, such as laptop computers, digital cameras, and printers.

Painting Studios: Harris Hall, Second Floor
Three painting studios serve the painting students at the Roski School. All three classrooms feature large north-facing windows and skylights for natural illumination. The largest is used for beginning classes. In addition, one classroom is reserved exclusively for the use of the 300-level painters, while the last room is reserved exclusively for the 400-level painters. In these reserved rooms, students can set up their own work area, which mimics a professional studio, and work in a self-directed way on projects.
