Bob Alderette earned an MA and an MFA from Claremont Graduate University. He has participated in exhibitions at Brewery Project in Los Angeles, East Los Angeles College, Sakura Gallery in Nagoya, Japan, Amano Gallery in Osaka, Japan, Ryo Gallery in Kyoto, Japan, and White Art Gallery in Tokyo. Alderette's work is included in public collections at the Orange County Museum of Contemporary Art and the Laguna Beach Museum of Art, as well as in the Arco Collection. He has received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts and a USC Zumberge Fellowship.
