Ryman Arts

Ryman Arts is a semesterly series of Saturday art classes, held in the USC Roski School of Fine Arts studios, for high school students from both public and private schools, exhibiting a talent in the visual arts. There are intensive beginning, intermediate and advanced classes in both painting and drawing. Guest artists, lectures and presentations, college planning and field trips round out the curriculum. Applications are competitive (see the Ryman Arts web site for more information - www.rymanarts.org). The program is free and includes all materials and supplies.

ELIGIBILITY

High school students; must show motivation and a artistic merit. Application requires two observation-based drawings and essay.
