The focus of this course is to improve fundamental drawing skills by way of classically drawing the figure. While most sessions include drawing from a live model, the goal is to invent figures from the imagination. These skills have a broad application throughout the animation industry, from storyboarding to character animation to visual development. These skills also apply to many other areas of the art world, including comic books and painting.

Not available for credit to studio majors. Recommended preparation: FADW 101 or equivalent beginning drawing course. FA 207b is a continuation of FA 207a.
