Independent Student Exhibitions - Lindhurst Gallery and Lindhurst Cases

2013-2014 — Deadline for submission: Friday March 29, 2013

The USC Roski School of Fine Arts invites undergraduate art majors to apply near the end of each semester for an Independent Student Exhibition to be held in the Lindhurst Gallery or the Lindhurst Glass Cases. Selected through a competitive process, the students will be awarded an exhibition based on the merits of their proposal as well as the strength of their past work. Please indicate your preference for either the Gallery or the Glass Cases. Selected students will be provided with an Agreement to Exhibit in Lindhurst Gallery form.

Handtmann Prize for Photography

2013–2014 — Deadline for submission: Monday April 8, 2013

Awarded to one outstanding 3rd year undergraduate student in the USC Gayle Garner Roski School of Fine Arts. Selected through a competitive process, the $5,000 prize will support a proposed photographic project resulting in an exhibition in the spring of the senior year in Helen Lindhurst Fine Arts Gallery. Selected students will be provided with an Agreement to Exhibit in Lindhurst Gallery form.

Neely Macomber Travel Prize

2013–2014 — Deadline for submission: Friday March 29, 2013

Awarded to two outstanding 3rd year undergraduate students in the USC Gayle Garner Roski School of Fine Arts. Selected through a competitive process, the $5,000 prize will support proposed projects involving research-based travel, the production of new art work, and a public presentation of the new work. Selected students will be provided with an Agreement to Exhibit in Lindhurst Gallery form.
