Visiting Guidelines

For the wellbeing of our students and all who visit USC, and until further notice: masks are encouraged but not required when indoors.

Lainey Racah is a multidisciplinary artist working in painting and installation, informed by studies in poetry and performance and a deep interest in material process and the body. Her thesis exhibition, Internal Violet, opens in April 2022 and will feature painting, video projection installation, and sculpture, exploring themes of environmentalism, fluidity, and strategies of visibility and collectivity through engaging with queer genealogies. She holds a BA in Art from UCLA and is currently an MFA candidate at the USC Roski School of Art. Racah has shown her work in Los Angeles and New York, including a solo, site specific exhibition along the LA River as part of the curatorial project Some Clouds.
