Roski School Reception

Location: Associates Park South (across from the bookstore) | Google Maps Link Here

Time: 1:00-3:00pm

Information for Students 

Commencement Rehearsal

  • Date: May 9
  • Location: Meet in Watt Hall Courtyard and we will walk over to the ballroom
  • Time: 3:15pm
  • Check the commencement map for pedestrian entry points and bring your student ID.
  • Regalia is not required for rehearsal.

 

Commencement Day – May 10

Getting onto campus:

  • Campus will open at 8am
  • Everyone will go through a SECURITY check and CLEAR BAG POLICY will be in place.
  • Check the commencement map for pedestrian entry points, parking, and rideshare drop off/pick up locations.
  • Student lineup will begin at 10:00am in RTCC Ballroom hallway.
  • Check-in at the table in front of the hallway.
  • All students must wear regalia during the ceremony.

Tickets:

  • Each graduate received an email Friday regarding tickets for commencement.
  • Please make sure you access you tickets via the USC Ticket Office My Account.
  • All graduates and guests will need a ticket to enter campus on Friday.
  • If you need additional tickets than the allotted 8, please click HERE and fill out the form.
  • If you have not received tickets, please click HERE and fill out the form.

  • Campus will open at 8am

  • Doors to RTCC Ballroom will open at 10:00am.
  • Seating is a first come, first served basis. Please be considerate and refrain from holding consecutive rows of seating.
  • It is recommended that you arrive at least 2 hours before 11am to enter campus.
