Luka Fisher
Luka Fisher is a queer woman of the trans experience. She is an artist, composer, and cultural producer. She holds an MFA in photo/media and integrated media from CalArts, a basic certificate in Russian to English translation from U. Chicago and a BA in International Relations and Russian from GWU. Recent projects include helping produce Dennis Cooper and Zac Farley’s debut English language feature Room Temperature and scoring G. Chesler’s feature doc Connection/ Isolation about trans people’s experiences with COVID-19. She is currently writing about Rita Mae Brown with Clara Wolfe and exploring Sheree Rose’s photo archive.
