Budget & Business Analyst

The Roski School of Art and Design is seeking a Budget/Business Analyst to join its team! The Analyst will perform a variety of duties that include assisting with the annual budgets, planning of short and long term budgets, analyze overall departmental spending versus budget and other budget reports; assist with forecasts for future budget performance; identify and share with supervisor variances; reconcile account balances; work with staff and faculty regarding university financial policies and procedures and review purchasing and other spending procedures to ensure compliance with USC. Additional tasks are required. Qualifications include two years or more of relevant work experience in finance or accounting, a Bachelor's degree in business administration / accounting or related field; university budget experience and knowledge of university financial systems; strong computer skills; and excellent verbal and written sommunication skills. Please visit the main job listing with additional qualifications by clicking on the link below.

Part-Time Position, Part-time Lecturer for USC Roski School

The Roski School of Art and Design at the University of Southern California invites applications for a rolling pool for part-time non-tenure-track faculty positions in the school’s three divisions, Studio Art, Critical Studies and Design. This is an ongoing posting for a pool, and we will be hiring intermittently, for openings starting Spring semester or Fall semester, or at other times. The pool will be purged every two years on even years.

Office Manager

The Office Manager position is in-person, on-site and supports the administrative functions of the school with varied tasks such as: maintaining office efficiency, overseeing the day-to-day office operations for the school’s main office and acting as the central check-in point for the school’s three locations. Additionally, the office manager keeps track of faculty and staff office hours/location schedule; hires, trains, oversees and manages the student worker pool for the main office. This position is the first point of contact for guests and visitors to USC Roski, answers email and phone calls and researches responses for various inquiries. The Office Manager will assist with events and meetings as needed and implement security related procedures such as office opening and closing routines, recognition of duress signals and key controls. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Graduate Programs Assistant - Off Campus (Roski Graduate Building: 1262 Palmetto St, Los Angeles)

Work off-campus in the historic DTLA Arts District! Great for commuting students or students who just want a change of scenery from the busy campus lifestyle! Work-Study Job entails video recording, editing, archiving, and uploading to the Roski Youtube account. Must be available on Tuesday evenings to attend and record the Roski Talk Lecture Series from 6pm to 9pm usually taking place @ the Roski Graduate Building. This position requires work study. Email resume and cover letter to hosik@usc.edu

Marketing Assistant - Off Campus (3001 S. Flower St -- 4 blocks north of Galen Center)
This position assists the Marketing department in many aspects of promoting the school, students and events.
