Richard Ffrench is a Jamaican photographer and filmmaker who currently lives and studies in Los Angeles. His portraiture explores the relationship between vulnerability and masculinities by focusing on the ways in which men express and represent tenderness and softness. Inspired by his time spent living in Europe and the Caribbean, Richard also produces still life photography taken in different countries around the world including Italy, the United Kingdom, France & more. His distinctive personal style embodies themes of honesty and isolation. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Lafayette College for his studies in Studio Art, Media Theory & Filmmaking.
