MFA Design '27

I majored in Product Design with interdisciplinary studies in visual, service, and brand design. As a magazine editor, I progressed from writing to leading a team, developing my belief in “blank space” as both art and life philosophy. My user-centered process begins with immersive research—designing a Braille typewriter through observation and a stroller through scenario-based interviews. This mindset helps me identify unspoken needs, like discovering how users adapt to poorly designed furniture. Each project fuels my growth. Through skiing and calligraphy, I balance dynamic and calm perspectives. These diverse experiences inspire designs from snowmobiles to ski boots while strengthening my user empathy. I share ongoing projects on my personal website, seeking to connect more deeply through design.
