Hector Torres is a Mexican-American Graphic Designer and educator. Mr. Torres holds an MFA from Otis College of Art and Design where he studied graphic design from a global perspective by participating in trips to The Netherlands, Belgium, Cuba and Mexico. Recent projects include the publishing of the Alvarado Font Family and working on the American Film Institute’s 2022 Film Festival branding and advertising. Hector’s research focuses on the graphic design of Aztec codices and reinterpreting them for todays world.
